Ahora que volvemos a la escuela, recuerdan…la gran enseñanza nunca se olvida. Los maestros son los que pasan más tiempo en el salón con sus estudiantes y de verdad entienden las necesidades que tienen los estudiantes. Necesitamos muchos más consejeros y enfermeras. Es importante tener clases pequeñas para poder, yo como maestra, ayudar a mis estudiantes de la mejor manera. Todo estudiante tiene el derecho al estudio de alta calidad.
La razón que yo soy maestra es para crear escuelas a las que nuestros estudiantes quieran asistir y para ser un buen ejemplo para mis estudiantes que son de la misma comunidad de la que yo soy. Estamos formando el futuro de nuestros estudiantes. Una buena escuela tiene apoyos y recursos para un estudiante completamente, incluyendo necesidades académicas, sociales y emocionales. You as a teacher…have to believe that you can make a positive change for every student. We are CTA. We're shaping the future of our kids.
