California Teachers Association Files Lawsuit to Uphold Constitution, Reclaim Billions in Funding for Public Schools After Violation of Prop. 98
The CTA, today, filed a lawsuit against the withholding of nearly $6 billion in constitutionally guaranteed Prop. 98 funding from California public schools in the 2025-2026 and 2024-25 school years.
