CTA 360 is a free mobile app available to local leaders including Presidents, Vice-Presidents, Membership Contacts, Site Reps, etc.  CTA 360 is directly linked to CTA’s Association Management System and allows leaders to quickly access their local’s data (member contact info, emails, work location, etc.) from their mobile device.  The app also allows local representatives to signup new members, update member information, view membership analytics and more!  This app is available for iOS and Android devices.

Any local leader or involved member can have access to the app with the Local President’s approval.  There are 2 security groups available in CTA 360

• Local Access – User will have access to everyone within the LOCAL
• Work Location Access – User will only have access to those within the assigned WORK LOCATION

Access must be renewed every membership year, as appropriate.

Two simple steps to get access to CTA 360:

1. Get trained on the app. Users have two options for training:
   • Watch the Online Training Videos on our YouTube channel
   • Attend a live training at an upcoming conference
2. Complete this Online Authorization Form for individual and/or group access. CTA will create an account for each user and email their login and password. Please allow up to 3 working days to verify eligibility and to enable access.

Individuals:

• Statewide Search
• Add Non-Member Potential Records
• Search for your members and non-members
• Update contact information
• Update demographic information
• Add or update an individual’s work location information
• Request a replacement membership card
• View scholarship/grant/conference information
• Track notes of conversations/interactions with individuals
• Access and complete CTA’s Member Engagement Survey
• Convert a non-member to an active member with an electronic signature
• Add a new active member with an electronic signature
• Remove a Non-Member with No Deductions

Committees and Local Leadership:

• Add or update local leadership information
• Send mass emails to all local leaders

Organizations:

• Access and complete CTA’s Member Engagement Survey
• Send mass emails to active members at a specific work location

Reports:

• View/download/print dashboard reports
• Contact your UniServ or CTA Membership Department staff
