I am getting a flashing infinite-loop screen when trying to watch a Virtual Pass course, what should I do?
We are aware that some Virtual Pass users are experiencing the same issue you are having, and we are currently working with our app developer to find a solution. This is not a widespread issue, only a select number of users are experiencing this.
As of now, we have found that users experiencing the issues are able to successfully watch sessions after trying again after a few hours or the next day. Something that may also help is trying a different browser and/or clearing your browsing history/cache. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we hope to have this solved soon.

For in-person conferences, participants will receive an email when the conference ends which will contain the link to download the CTA Professional Growth Hours certificate. Participants will be awarded the maximum number of hours available at the conference.
After two weeks, session recordings will become available on the CTA Virtual Pass. The certificate of attendance for each session you complete is downloadable by clicking the “Submit Credit” button in the “Credit” tab from the CTA Virtual Pass system.
