Trump has proposed a federal budget that includes significant cuts to public education funding. These federal cuts would disproportionately affect IDEA and special education services, school meals, and rural communities. We know public schools are already underfunded, losing any more would be detrimental to our schools and communities. We will not stand idly by while the Trump administration dismantles our public schools.
