CTA Issues Statement on Horrific Mass Shooting at Lunar New Year Celebration in Monterey Park
CTA President E. Toby Boyd issued the following statement today in the wake of another tragic mass shooting, one that has claimed at least 10 innocent lives in Monterey Park
