Eligibility and Selection Criteria Requirements

We are looking for CTA Human Rights Cadre Trainers who have:

● A current active CTA membership
● Experience teaching and facilitating content with adults
● Knowledge of and commitment to racial and social justice
● Experience and/or knowledge of CTA
● Effective oral and written communication
● Effective interpersonal skills
● Willingness to hold space for multiple experiences and perspectives of attendees
● Conflict management experience
● Ability to absorb and apply information quickly
● Commitment to and awareness of cultural differences and people of diverse backgrounds
● Actively working toward anti-racism personally and professionally
● Ability to work collaboratively
● Support CTA’s mission

The Cadre Advisory Committee shall interview and select candidates based on the application criteria.*
