Healthy and adaptive coping looks to offer helpers positive skills to manage moral injury, emotional exhaustion, and re-energizes helpers to aid them in loving their work again. Many Americans are engaging in negative coping in their day to day lives without even realizing they are doing so. Come learn more about ways to add adaptive and healthy coping skills to your life skills tool box.

This training is hosted by the CTA IPD department and will feature guest speaker, Ashley Ingram Hutchinson.
