All standalone chapters must submit their State Council Representative election results to the CTA Election and Credentials Committee for certification [CTA Elections Manual III-12] using the forms below.
You must submit all required documents and have an up-to-date elections committee roster in Falcon/CTA360 for the certification to be processed. Only certified State Council Representatives can attend State Council on behalf of their standalone.
Required Submission Documents
Results can only be submitted by a chapter president or the elections chair/committee member. Improper or incomplete certifications will prevent State Council Representatives from being invited to State Council.
