Submit your State Council election results using the Certification Request Form below
Upon completion of the election, the following must be completed to proceed with election certification:
- Appendix H/I – Teller’s Report (must be signed by the elections chair and elections committee member)
- Appendix H(a)/I(a) – Report of Results (must be signed by the elections chair and elections committee member)
- Copy of the Election timeline
- Approved voting vendor Election Results
- Updated Elections Committee roster in Falcon/360
