All standalone chapters must submit their State Council Representative election results to the CTA Election and Credentials Committee for certification [CTA Elections Manual III-12] using the forms below.
You must submit all required documents and have an up-to-date elections committee roster in Falcon/CTA360 for the certification to be processed. Only certified State Council Representatives can attend State Council on behalf of their standalone.
Required Submission Documents
CTA Official State Council Teller’s Report - Appendix H/I
Must be signed by the elections chair and elections committee member
CTA Report of Results of Elections - Appendix H(a)/I(a)
Must be signed by the elections chair and elections committee member
Copy of the Election Timeline
Copy of the Election Ballot
Certified Electronic Voting Results
Must be from an approved electronic voting system
Numbered Seat Report (If using) - Appendix J
