Please follow the steps outlined below to add your pronouns when joining a conference session.
After clicking the “Join Session” button in the conference Attendee Hub, you will be redirected to the Webex page to join your session.
Here, you can add your pronouns into the provided fields shown below.
To edit your name in Webex meetings, you will need to have the Webex client installed (download from webex.com) and once you click the “Join Session” button from the Attendee Hub, the Webex client will automatically launch and ask you for your name and email address. Here you can add your pronouns to your name:
