Grievance Academy

Registration for this ancillary program is now closed.

The Grievance Academy is an exciting and unique opportunity designed exclusively for chapter grievance teams, not individuals, which will run parallel to the regular conference program. The Grievance Academy will include training on essential Grievance processing strategies and skills in an interactive, team-based session.

To learn more, please see our dedicated letter.

California Leadership Academy

You must apply and been accepted to this program separately from registering for the conference.

The California Leadership Academy (CLA) is a learning community made up of local community college representatives. The primary goal of the CLA is for participants to develop advanced leadership skills, gain knowledge about the history and importance of unionism, and learn more about our important statewide organizations. Graduates of the CLA have become board members, local leaders, statewide leaders, and influential faculty advocates in California. CLA participants have the unique opportunity to learn from CCA leaders, CCA staff and each other.
