San Diego

The annual SCTA Representative Assembly -- Face It...Teach! -- was held in San Diego. Each campus or chapter sends delegates to the RA based on the number of members on their campus. Delegates vote on any changes to the constitution & bylaws as well as elect officers for 2003-04. In addition, each campus may send 2 additional non-voting participants.
