Jan. 26 is the deadline to apply for a CTA scholarship.
The CTA Scholarship for Dependent Children offers 25 $2,000 scholarships, including the Ralph J. Flynn Memorial Scholarship for the highest-scoring applicant and the D.A. (Del) Weber Scholarship for a student attending continuation high school. An applicant must be a dependent child of an active, retired or deceased CTA member.
The CTA Scholarship for Members offers five $2,000 scholarships for active members of CTA, including members working on emergency credentials.
The L. Gordon Bittle Memorial Scholarship offers three $2,000 scholarships for active members of Student CTA.
