In the aftermath of the world's worst natural disaster in recent times, Education International (EI) has established the Tsunami Relief Program to assist South Asian teachers and their families in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Thailand and other countries along the Indian Ocean.
CTA has donated $10,000 and is urging others to follow suit by sending checks in any amount to NEA International Relations, 1201 Sixteenth St. NW, Washington, DC 20036.
