CTA's Presidents Conference, scheduled for July 21-25 at Asilomar in Pacific Grove, offers training for presidents of local CTA and Community College Association (CCA) chapters.
The week begins with 1.5 days of training for new presidents. Panels of on-the-job chapter presidents will provide "reality discussions" that include practical guidance. In addition, community college chapter presidents will receive specialized training in topics tailored to their needs. Returning presidents join the other participants July 22-25 for advanced training.
