CTA's delegations to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Conference and the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Annual Legislative Conference took time out to meet with California members of Congress or their staff while they were in Washington, D.C., recently.
Delegates urged the legislators to support CTA's position, not only on federal legislation like ESEA and the Higher Education Authorization Act, but also on hometown matters like Propositions 47 and 49.
