The following concurrent resolutions did not have to go to the governor for his action prior to becoming law:
- ACR 177 (Diaz), a CTA-sponsored bill, promotes efforts to help teachers recruited from outside the U.S. in response to the teacher shortage to become more effective in helping students learn.
- ACR 193 (Hollingsworth), a CTA-supported bill, sets as a legislative priority protecting and encouraging vocational education in secondary public schools to ensure that students are provided economic and educational opportunities.
