Who's eligible?
- Determined by family income, family size and age of child
- Covers children from birth to age 19
- Available to U.S. Citizens, U.S. Nationals and qualified immigrant children
Medi-Cal for Families plan
- No-cost coverage
- No monthly premiums
- No co-payment for any benefit
Healthy Families Plan
- Premiums of $4-$49 per month per child, or a maximum of $27 a month per family
- A $5 co-payment for non-preventative services such as illness
- Choice of major medical, dental and vision health coverage plans
- A family of four can make up to $44,136 a year and still qualify
