YES on Proposition 40
Efforts to clean our air and water would benefit all citizens, but especially children who are more prone to suffer the impact of polution. The development of additional park facilities would help make neighborhoods safe for children.

YES on Proposition 41
To ensure that votes will be counted fairly as cast, voters must be provided with clear, easy and accurate voting equipment and ballots.

NO on Proposition 42
Gasoline sales tax revenues would be put into a transportation investment fund rather than the General Fund as provided under current law. That could reduce the amount of money available to fund education.

YES on Proposition 43
Voters must be assured that their votes will be counted as cast.

YES on Proposition 45
The legislative term limits measure would allow incumbent legislators to run for re-election for an additional four years if a majority of voters in the district sign a petition approving it.
