The National Women's Law Center has published an athletics equity checklist for students, coaches, parents, teachers and administrators titled "Check It Out: Is the Playing Field Level for Women and Girls at Your School?"
While it is not designed to assess a particular school's compliance with Title IX, it does explain the law and the principles by which the courts and the Department of Education determine if schools are providing equal athletic opportunities.
