Enrollment Opportunity
It’s easy to transfer to CTA-endorsed coverage with The Standard. This year, you’ll have two opportunities to switch your Disability and Life insurance plans offered by other companies to The Standard - without having to provide proof of good health.
Enrollment Windows:
Transfer to the CTA-endorsed plan without proof of good health from October 15 to December 15, 2007,and April 15 to June 15, 2008.

Don’t have other coverage to switch to The Standard? Look for other enrollment opportunities offered throughout the year. Also, you can always switch at any time of the year simply by providing proof of good health. Enrollment can be done online or by completing the appropriate forms in the Member Enrollment Brochure.
