CTA President Comments on Legal Victory
CTA President David A. Sanchez made the following statement in response to the Legal Victory on the NCLB Lawsuit:
"I'm delighted with the US Court of Appeals' decision. This victory proves what we've been saying all along -- if the No Child Left Behind Act is going to impose mandates on our members and our students, full funding needs to be in place. Anything less sets schools up for failure."
