New Legislative Task Force Will Work to Prevent Cyberbullying

With students the primary victims of cyberbullying, Sen. Hannah-Beth Jackson (D-Santa Barbara) has announced the California Legislative Women's Caucus is forming a new task force to help "find solutions to this disturbing problem."

Sen. Jackson, who is vice chair of the caucus, says the task force will assemble a broad coalition of stakeholders – including parents, educators, law enforcement personnel, privacy advocates, and media representatives – to address the problem and to make recommendations for legislation.
