It's who we're fighting for: Our children, our educators, our schools!
In an all-out community-based effort, educators, family members and friends are spreading the word this weekend to Get Out The Vote on November 6. Governor Jerry Brown will join educators this weekend who are fighting until Election Day to protect both the financial future of California’s public schools and the rights of teachers to advocate for their students. Knocking on doors and making phone calls, educators from 26 areas around the state will be asking their communities to vote YES on Proposition 30 to stop billions in immediate school cuts, and to vote NO on the deceptive Prop. 32.
This effort is by no means limited to educators. Community members - all of us - can join in to assure that we win at the polls and are able to help to give our kids what they need to succeed. There is so many exciting and important ways to help. Here are a few:

When we all work together, we win - and more importantly, our kids win!
