Disclosure by Arizona nonprofit shows ties to Koch brothers
Under pressure from California’s political watchdog, the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC), an Arizona Political Action Committee (Super-PAC) has admitted that it took $11 million from another super-pac, effectively “laundering” the money that it then contributed in an effort to defeat Proposition 30, the governor’s school revenue measure, and to pass Proposition 32, the Special Exemptions Act that would help wealthy special interests increase their political power.

Campaigns receive $11 million from mystery SuperPAC; FPPC demands disclosure
Who are the shadowy, out-of-state donors behind the $11 million just given to Yes on 32 and No on 30 campaigns? No one knows! Californians have a right to know, but the SuperPAC is refusing to disclose the names of its donors. Yet another example of why Prop 32 is deceptive and not what it seems! Just yesterday, the Fair Political Practices Commission demanded that the donors be disclosed immediately, or be subject to a lawsuit. Take a stand against dark money and mystery donors - sign the petition today!
