Here's Some Holiday Cheer to Help You Say "Bah, Humbug" to School Scrooges

They call themselves “reformers,” but most insiders know them as “corporate” front people.  They make their living by telling anyone who’ll listen that public schools are failing.

Happily, you can cheer yourself up and get and disseminate the information that proves these reformers wrong.  This time of year, what better way of saying “bah, humbug” to these anti-public education Scrooges than by reading and sharing an expose’ about who they are and what falsehoods they are spreading about our public schools.

A timely and comprehensive source of information about these so-called “education reformers” is the recently published book by Diane Ravitch, a historian of education and Research Professor of Education at New York University, Reign of Error: The Hoax of the Privatization Movement and the Danger for America’s Public Schools.

The nationally renowned Ravitch has spoken frequently in California about the needs of public education and its significant achievements.

Want to know which super-secret organizations are providing their funding?

Want to know how they plan to replace public schools with for-profit private schools?

And want to know how test scores fail to measure student achievement accurately?

Read Prof. Ravitch’s book.
