  • One Minority At-Large Director
  • Regional Manager:
    • Regional Manager sets meeting date for Application Review

Deadline to submit Online Applications and Referrals May 3, 2013

Applications Reviewed by Regional Selection Committees  by May 17, 2013

  • Consensus Decision Making Model

Staff coaches selected and applicants notified by Regional Manager by May 31, 2013

Training for Coaches — June 13, 2013 (North) CTA HQ Burlingame 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and June 20, 2013 (South) Ontario RRC 11:00 am to 2:00 pm

Program commences: 

  • Initial Goal-Setting meeting between the Coach & Participant — by June 28, 2013
  • Signed Commitment Letter Due — by June 28, 2013
  • Participant Goals defined and submitted to Program Manager — August 15, 2013

Program Duration: — June 2013 – September 2014

Summer Institute — August 4 – August 08, 2013

  • Participants attend the Emerging Leaders Track (funded by CTA)
  • Annual lunch gathering of EMEID participants from current and past years — August 6, 2013

Program Mid-term Assessment — October – November 2013
