A unique benefit of being a CTA member and participating in any of the programs endorsed by CTA is the right to have your unresolved complaint or issue regarding an endorsed program reviewed by the CTA Advisory Panel on Endorsed Services (Advisory Panel).
The Advisory Panel – comprised of CTA members appointed by CTA's Board of Directors reviews complaints CTA members may have about a CTA-endorsed product or service. The services of the Advisory Panel are available at no charge to CTA members participating in CTA-endorsed programs.
Note: The Advisory Panel settles complaints and makes binding determinations on CTA-endorsed providers. However, issues regarding credit unions or a credit card provider are advisory only – these services are not binding on such providers.
For more details, you can review the CTA Advisory Panel on Endorsed Services Brochure.

Timeline
To have your complaint reviewed at the next scheduled Advisory Panel meeting, your Complaint Review Request Form must be received by the CTA Member Benefits Department at least fifteen (15) business days prior to the scheduled meeting. Sometimes special circumstances may require an extension of time for processing or review from the endorsed provider. Complaints received after the cut-off date will be reviewed at the next scheduled Advisory Panel meeting.
Advisory Panel Meeting
The CTA Member Benefits Department will forward all information you submit to the Panel. At the Panel meeting, the Panel will review this information, along with any materials the provider has submitted, reviewing all facts, receiving testimony and/or seeking clarification and additional information.
You may, if you wish, make a personal appearance to communicate your concerns directly to the Panel members.
After reviewing all of the information, the Panel will consider the merits of your complaint and make a binding determination either to sustain your position or that of the providers. The Panel may also recommend a compromise.
