Whether you are a certificated educator, an Education Support Professional (ESP), or a member of any of the various categories encompassing CTA membership, CTA provides legal resources to help you in your daily lives. Among the resources offered, as a member you are provided protection if you are discriminated against for sexual orientation-related issues. Additionally, look to CTA for help if you've been laid off or RIF'd (Reduction in Force).
