CTA Organizational Handbook
The CTA Organizational Handbook is an accurate record of all policy binding upon the governance structure of CTA adopted by the State Council of Education. It is used by the Board of Directors, officers, staff (including legislative advocates), liaisons and other bodies of the Association for reference in reflecting the policies of CTA.

Association for Better Citizenship
As an advisory committee to the CTA Board of Directors, the CTA Association for Better Citizenship works to make sure the voices of students and teachers are heard in our local schools and communities throughout the state.
NEA Directors from California
Along with the NEA Executive Committee, the NEA Board of Directors is responsible for the general policies and interests of the National Education Association. The NEA Board consists of at least one director from each state association. Twenty-four (24) directors represent CTA.
Ethnic Minority Early Identification & Development Program
